They offer flexibility in every interview but once you start you learn there is absolutely no flexibility. Being a start up run by two guys in their twenties, the management style is extremely poor and the company is run by two rich kids who think they are better than everyone. Driva's strategy is to bring in unqualified young people at University promising a strong career and flexibility then run into the ground all whilst paying nothing. Multiple employees I worked with were looking elsewhere after working there for less than 5 months which I believe says a lot about a business. They think the culture and alcohol on a Friday is enough to keep an employee happy.
