      No official leave policy No mobile phone use is allowed at desks Strict requirement to be at your desk for a full 8:45 hours daily

      You might get to learn a few things if you're curious

      Cons

      You will never be appreciated for the work you do, they won't give you and increment, random work will be thrown at you that you have never worked on before and you'll be expected to just know how to do it.
