      Only sweet talks all members of dreamtime learning school can do

      They give false promises. Education is just a money making business for them. Initially promised us that they would share the study materials and content after the admission and now telling us that would be given before the session starts. we were changing CBSC board to international board, hence wanted to understand the content of the subject and prepare our child accordingly. Before admission we were promised that we will get the study material so that we can get our child prepared, now they are denying to the whole fact. Neither will give refund.

      The team actually teaches each other here. someone picks up a new approach and shares it rather than hoarding it. ive learned more about instructional design in 10 months here than i did in 18 months at my previous company. management supports external learning too which signals the right values.

      Cons

      Timelines sometimes compress without warning. the ask is always to deliver the same quality in less time which isnt always realistic

      The latitude you get here is unusual. you're not filling a template, the curriculum you design reflects a real point of view about learning. the team debates ideas seriously which makes the output better. good environment if you want ownership over your work.

      Cons

      Four rounds of review on a single module is not quality control its unclear ownership. happens enough to be a pattern
