Thank you for your feedback. It’s great to hear you are happy with the team and managers at Dreams, however, we are sorry that you are dissatisfied with our culture.
We encourage all our colleagues to engage with management and ask questions whenever they feel they need additional support or information. We do this formally by running regular listening groups and meetings across all areas of our business.
