They don’t tell you where their products are grown. What the secret sauce is. Basically anything that you should know as an employee, about how the product is made, they won’t tell you which is a red flag on its own. They hire people they are friends with who are severely under qualified. They don’t like to be disagreed with - they will fire you if you question them. My manager lied to my face, gave him an opportunity to tell me the truth, then got fired because I reacted to the situation. Just a bunch of fruit cakes with good marketing so the product looks fun, but the people running the show have no idea what they’re doing and will eventually run the company into the ground and I can’t wait to see it. Do better. Get off your stupid pedestal and start treating the people who make this business run - like equals.
