I cannot think of a single one.

Cons

Drug use at work Frequent degrading, racist, and misogynistic comments Abusive/threatening/bullying behavior and language No real benefits, low-budget stipend only (which can be revoked without warning) Willing to hire underage people Management that is arrogant beyond reason Constant sewage smell in most areas

So sorry to hear that your experience with us was not pleasant. If there was or is drug use happening on site, you should have definitively informed management s this is something that could potentially make us lose our license and is very serious. I am just curious if you reported this kind of behavior to your supervisor? If your co-workers were telling you degrading things or were acting racist, this again is a very good reason to go to your manager and report this kind of behavior. Not only would it have likely solved your problem, it would have also eliminated these kinds of folks from the team and you would have still wanted to be there every day. I have never seen or heard of any behavior like this before, so again, you should have informed management . We support our employees 100% and would've helped to create a more positive environment had you just notified us.

Open to new ideas and you are rewarded. Heavily driven by culture.

Cons

Management makes quick decisions. If you are not open to your job duties constantly evolving, you might have issues.

lower level employees work hard and are great people.

Cons

Management can not be trusted. They do not care about their employees or how hard they work. They don't respect the product or the people who use it.
