Pros
I truly love my job at DreamView, most days it doesn't even feel like a job. It may be because I'm working from home but it's mainly due to the fact that I love what I'm doing and the people I work with. There's a lot of talent at DreamView and everyone is extremely helpful and communicative. Every project is a team effort and I'm really proud of the work we produce. This is also a position that I feel is turning into more than a job, it's a career. There are a lot of opportunities for upward mobility within the company. I feel encouraged to push myself to learn new skills to help benefit myself and the company. I would absolutely recommend this job to anyone that is looking for creative work from home position.
Cons
The company is expanding very fast so there are some growing pains. I have been with the company a little under two years and we have more than quadrupled in size in that time. As the company expands there are adjustments that need to be made to make the company run smoothly. You have to be patient and flexible.
