Pros

People on the team were friendly, helpful, and made the day-to-day better.

Cons

The biggest issue is leadership. At the CEO/executive level, decisions change constantly and requirements were rarely clear, so a lot of work has to be redone. On the department side, management care more about looking busy than actually moving things forward. I heard “we need to do this so we are covered” way more times than I can count. Also, the office is in pretty rough shape and everyone is leaving, which is sad because it used to be a really nice place to work. The pay is low too.

Pros

They prefer to higher individuals who have criminal records, are homeless, or otherwise desperate. They flex management doesn't really care what most people do, so if you are incompetent you will be allowed to sleep on forklifts and other power equipment throughout the day. Instead of paying you a fare wage, you can have a stale bagel every once and awhile to compensate for not being able to afford food. If you enjoy mma/boxing or fighting in general, your criminal coworkers will love to "scrap" with you once in awhile on the clock, inbetween working the trucks..

Cons

They will pay you the absolute minimum to operate power equipment, and expect you to come to the job trained on it. The pay is a reflection of how atrociously cheap the company is. No values, no loyalty.
