Pros

Flexibility- I can not stress enough how flexible management is here. If you have a need to switch up your hours, work from home for half a day, or something just comes up, they are willing to work with your schedule so that you are able to accomplish a high level of work-life balance. Management really puts the health and welfare of their employees as a high priority. Passion- The passion of everyone working here is infectious. A win for one person is a win for everyone. Teamwork- It is truly a team environment. If anyone needs help, they merely need ask and it is granted, but not in a way that makes you feel infantile. No one is doing your work for you, but rather just setting you up for success.

Cons

As is typically the case at any job, sometimes computer based work can be exhausting on the eyes. There are days, again like at any job, where the work may seem boring or tedious, but if you just handle those days one at a time, most days are different. Sometimes the days can be extremely stressful, but again those are rare.

Pros

This is an opportunity to be a part of something from the beginning. The company is led by executives who have had individual and collective success growing and building organizations in the recruiting industry for decades. If you want to be with a company where your contributions have a direct impact on the success of a business, and where you can gain exposure to various forms of recruiting and clients, this is a great place to be!

Cons

As with any new company, there are growing pains. It's not a straight line from A to B, but there's also a lot of learning that takes place along the way.

Pros

DreamJobs has been built with leadership and employees that are committed to the ideals passion, resourcefulness, and fearlessness. It won't take long for each of these governing principles to become obvious. The leadership is not only business savvy, innovative, and driven, it is approachable, open minded, and committed to employee success. Working at this company, surrounded by a group of people who are excited about their business and the daily operations of a growing recruiting firm is compelling. I can recall what it was like waking up and dreading going into work with previous companies, but that has never been the case in my time at DreamJobs. The energy is infectious, the opportunity is endless. I am thankful to be working as part of such a good company that offers me the chance to take part in such rewarding work each day.

Cons

My mind is stretched trying to imagine things I've disliked about this job. Let me just offer a qualm, one that I have heard leadership offer on more than one occasion. This business isn't for everyone. A happy employee can be a great employee, but an unhappy employee can't be. I love the working in this industry, I am interested and challenged routinely. However I recognize that people are made to tick by a plethora of different things. Make sure this line of work is for you, and if so, you won't regret joining the team!
