Personal Growth : If you are the person who likes Capital markets this is a great platform to learn basics - intermediate.

Worst work life balance ; They can fire you any time ; Work on Saturday and Sunday; Hardly 45-60 min break; The CTC offered is pretty high but 60% of that is variable; no org level growth; If you are a good person morally you will regret joining because job profile will be against you ethics as your customers might face loss of lakhs together in a single day due to bad calls. Just want to remind you all this profile is hardcore sales !! You will be inducted as Business Analyst or business development executive but both the role are same !!
