A bit of a commute for city dwellers though remote was always nice.

Sales team can sell a site to any one, living, dead or inanimate. Great for a paycheck if you are living in the area. People can't stop buying websites so they're usually on time!

Not an agile dev shop. Typical waterfall chaos. Designers are weak, developers are not good enough to get hired elsewhere. Dreamco will take on any paying customer and develop a site for them even if they don't have the money to finish the project or launch.
