1. The only employees who are happy are management guys i.e CXO's 2. Because they don't have to do anything. They just come chill, flirt, Play TT, Eat and give some gyan and leave. 3. All the heavy lifting are done by developers(SDE's) 4. No Work life balance. 5. They don't consider you as resource but as slaves. 6. If you wanna chill and relax, join UX team, they just come to do modeling, showoff. The UI of our app is utter crap. To make a new button they give timeline of months. 7. IF you want to learn show off, join PWA team. They are loudest team on floor. They will talk as if they are building time machine, working on cure of cancer, have solution fo P vs NP and solving fourth order delay differential equation. Their platform is used by hardly ~1% of user base and they act as if they run d11. 8. You have to be loud and sound to grow. Empty vessel makes more noise, 9. The situation in backend is worst, developers are tortured to work day night weekends. Only guys who are happy are those who are favourite of Captains. 10. No roadmap. 11. All tech decision is taken by just 1 person who got no clue what is he doing.
