Pros

You will learn how agency operates and how you can contribute to its success. It might help you decide whether you want a career in an agency or not.

Cons

This is the worst agency to work for. The work pressure is insane, the pay is a joke, and you have terrible work-life balance. If you are smart, you will avoid this horrible agency and seek employment in another decent agency. There are plenty of good ones out there.

Pros

Working with Dream Local Digital was an amazing experience from the start. I mainly worked with Kasey and Kaye. Kasey managed my payments and project assignments. I have the highest regard for Kasey and over three years we build a solid relationship of trust. Dream Local Digital paid my invoices, every single time. I could and still can trust Dream Local to honor contracts, communicate clearly, and be a pleasure to work with. I wrote landing pages and monthly blogs for Dream Local Digital from 2022-2025. I would absolutely recommend this company and Kasey personally as professional and trustworthy. Her communication is clear, accurate, and reliable. I eagerly await any future collaborations with this company, as far as I am concerned this company is the best client I have worked with—hands down.

Cons

Absolutely NONE, my work and communications with this company was stable.

Pros

The company boasts a team of incredibly talented employees.

Cons

Upper level management has no clue what they are doing. VERY DISHONEST!! Never worked for a more unethical company. Employees are severely underpaid, with significant wage disparities. There's little opportunity for career advancement unless someone is terminated. The lower level employees are given little to no recognition for their hard work. Additionally, there are blatant unethical practices taking place under the direction of management.
