It's easy to ask for leave.
Cons
1. Limited resources and are held by a few people. 2. The management (especially vice presidents) are stingy (not only the salary for the employees but also the chosing of products materials). They are still living too much in the past and stop innovation (always talk about cost reduction). They always say that their customers called Draytek as a cost effective version of Cisco. But the truth is, that customer (yeah, I mean that was only from "a" customer's comment) said that he didn't want to see Draytek m&a by Cisco, that's it. 3. Some of the departments doesn't act like a profession. 4. It's better to be a shareholder rather than being an employee.
