Pros

I do believe leadership is ethical and has good intentions, but they do not always execute the best way they could. Used to be an easy going and flexible environment. Leadership initially made it clear "family always comes first" and the company culture used to be good until new people were added into middle management.

Cons

Could provide better benefits, no 401k match. Expects people, especially the frontline to cover weekends/night shifts without extra pay. Offers unlimited PTO but middle management always has an excuse to reject requests or make it difficult to approve, for example approving requests last minute when they have been submitted months prior. No room for growth within the company

Pros

Coworkers (frontline only) were easy to get along with. We all bonded over how crazy/toxic the environment/job duties were and had each others' backs. The pay was ok for an entry-level job, though no room for growth.

Cons

Management is more focused on listening to their customers than listening to the concerns/voices of their own employees. Employee feedback on the app functionality is oftentimes dismissed/ignored and updates to the app are infrequent. Management will allow truckers (app users) who harass and berate their own employees (curse at, verbally threaten, etc.) to remain on the platform due to low user numbers. This leads to frequent high-stress situations where an employee is forced to interact with a user who will harass them with no consequences. This makes employees feel like management doesn't care about them at all. You will be on the phone for 7-10 hours a day getting yelled at by angry truckers/customers. Working weekends is expected and night phone duties are also expected. This is basically a call-center job with extra steps. Recruiting new users to the app in-between logistics-based duties. Expected to call leads even on weekends. Leads oftentimes have no idea what you are talking about/who you are with.
