DON'T work here - Technician Drax Employee Review

If you are looking for a work environment where learning and growth is encouraged, this is not the place. Basically, command in chief is management in UK and management here in Canada or US don't have any control over things. Things are super slow to roll out in terms of promotion or career growth. By the time you actually get a career promotion, you don't want it anymore as well as they expect you to work for minimal to no salary hike for the new role. If i were to go back and changed my decision working with them, I would never work them. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME.
