Pros

Free parking, reasonable benefits package, internal progression opportunities for customer service roles. Good company parties.

Cons

Haven Power has more office politics and empire building than any other company I have worked at. There seemed to be open hostility between different teams, with certain senior managers vigorously trying to build their own empire at the cost of other parts of the business. It wasn't unusual to receive an email that was mostly concerned with protecting the author's position and justifying their actions, rather than addressing the point of the email. There was a lack of desks and infrastructure was poor. I was part of a group of people who had to spend the first 5-20 minutes of the day waiting to see who was ill that day so we could have a desk to sit at. For an office of 400 people, the break room was way too small - around 12 seats, forcing you to mostly sit at your desk, or in your car at lunch. Often you'd book a meeting room, only to be turfed out at short notice by someone more senior.

Thanks for your feedback. We value a collaborative working environment and encourage all employees to play their role as part of the team. We have an open escalation process and support for the wellbeing of our people which is our priority. Also as a growing business, we are actively investing in our building to provide the best working environment possible and have many routes by which our people can place suggestions for improvements, such as the Voice Forum, which we will consider and action where possible. Once again, thank you for your review and we wish you all the best for the future.
