Pros
- Due to the thorough hiring process, the entire team is given full autonomy and trust in their roles. We all get along extremely well and try to avoid 'office politics' as much as possible, which is really refreshing compared to other companies I have worked at.
- It's an impressive company to work at, with a very exciting future and vision. I'm thrilled to be apart of the growing team and I can see the effects I have on the company as a whole.
- As a fast-growing company with big goals, you are expected to 'push the boundaries' of your role allowing for creative ideas that do not get turned down but are greeted with a willingness to experiment.
- We have a lot of fun as a company, with daily Mario Kart tournaments at lunch (the races to Mario Kart are also very amusing), Movie nights, Friday night drinks, Burger nights and quarterly team-building events.
Cons
- As a start-up/scale-up there are certain processes not in place. This can mean that projects take time and have some frustrations however whenever this happens it is not held against the person/team but is used a way to learn and create the right processes for next time.
- As a fast-growing company with big goals, you are expected to 'push the boundaries' of your role which can lead to long hours.
