Pros
Worked there for several years. Genuinely enjoyed it. The product is legitimate - used by major engineering and design teams globally. You're not working on something nobody cares about. People are sharp, collaborative, no real politics. You get ownership of your work from day one. Leadership tells it straight. It's a scale-up, so things aren't always perfectly structured. But honestly that's part of what makes it good - there's room to contribute beyond your job description. Left for personal reasons, not because I wanted to. Would recommend.
Cons
Small team means you wear a few hats. Great if you like variety, not for everyone. Can move fast, which is exciting but occasionally means priorities shift.
