Pros
Have the flexibility of work in terms of coming in or staying late to cover your work, good collaboration between coworkers, and helping each other but that could be an individuals effort rather than an implemented plan to provide training for newcomers and skill advancement for existing employees from the leadership.
Cons
High overturn rate due to lack of carrier advancement, unprofessional office behaviors, and office politics, lack of direction in office-level, disconnect between brunch office employees and headquarter management. HQ management often fails to listen to employees in some offices and make the necessary changes to retain talent. Some offices don't seem a part of the company and have left brunch offices unmanged.
