      Pros

      Being in sales will really help you build your confidence. The company has friendly and approachable staff. The starting salary was good.

      Cons

      Not dispensing budget for company gatherings. They are always after the sales. They put pressure to their sales agents to hit their quota but rewards system is very slow.
