Disrespected, public humiliation attempts by owner, getting screamed and cussed at, walking on eggshells as to not upset the childish CEO who quite literally stomps the ground and yells at anyone in front of him when he doesn’t get his way. Correcting misinformation and rumor spread by nepobaby-esque front office. Incredible level of manipulation and gaslighting shown to employees. They will tell you one thing and do another. No raises unless negotiated upon hire. Promised me bonus, but only paid it once.
