Drake Cooper is the best place I've worked to-date. Management cares deeply about the employees, culture, choosing the right clients to fit the culture, cultivating and growing talent from within and finding the best talent externally to add to the team. My coworkers were some of the smartest people I've ever met. The physical office is ever-changing as management looks to make the space always compatible to the growing and changing needs of the team. Tech needs are met as quickly as possible. Dreams are encouraged and supported. Opportunities to work outside your normal job description are endless - all you need to do is ask, get creative and shoot for the moon. It really feels like family at Drake Cooper, the work day is FUN, the work is challenging and coworkers are close inside and outside of work. Awesome extras like company bikes for running errands, green credit for alternative transportation/carpooling, flex-time, stand-up desks, 401k profit sharing, unlimited bevvies and snackums, bonuses when applicable, and a space conducive to collaboration and inspiration - Energetic and bustling.
