Pros
Good place to learn the night life industry and get some experience in order to move up to a different company as soon as you can. They hire anyone who wants a job. You meet a lot of cool people working there, and its an industry hotspot due to it being after hours and open when other night club employees are getting off. You get to meet important people from around the industry.
Cons
The company is very shady with information on how the pay and tips are distributed, almost like its a secret for management only. The Pay is way below average, and the management has their hands in the tip pool unlike any other tip job in Vegas I have ever worked at. They staff mostly bottom of the barrel workers so expect most employees to have bad attitudes about their job. Management is pretty unprofessional and they become a detriment to the workflow when getting involved with the operation floor. Almost all the employees have a theory about how they steal from our tip pool since tips are not cashed out each night and they keep your tips until the end of the week so you really don't know what your making until the end of the week or each paycheck, because credit card tips and service charges go into a system then put on the check in a sum amount and not a daily amount so it tends to be a mystery why the tips are so low compared to other clubs.
