Pros
The employees have fun and the girls here are very attractive, but the fun level is tightly monitored and controlled from all levels of management. Keep in mind this is a NIGHTCLUB with live performances by rap artists. The staff should be able to have a smile on their face while having a good time at work but this is allowed with caution and at bare minimum. You can have fun at work here but keep your head on a swivel and don't trust managers here cause they will burn you if they can make themselves look good.
Cons
Managers at this venue are very unprofessional, guy managers walk around smacking girl managers butts in front of multiple staff members, upper management sleeps with cocktail waitresses meanwhile working side by side with the HR department creating a conflict of interest, in some cases they even deny employees their right to due process after making up reasons to fire them in the first place. One manager has such low self esteem he actually gets threatened of his subordinates if they talk with their scheduled cocktail waitress, whom they are working with during the entire shift. Managers steal money from employees and lie to them about what future events are planned leaving them clueless on what to expect for weekly work shifts. This club is ran with the most backward approach towards managerial operation and has zero levels of structuration making it the least organizationally developed nightclub on the Las Vegas Strip.
