Difficult to communicate with management. Schedule is in the evening time and won't change for a few years. Need to submit requests for schedule adjustment by the 5th day of the current month for following month adjustment (ie to ask for a day off in July, request has to be submitted by June 5th, anything after that is on you to figure out, which is absurd. For example, If I had something that comes up for end of July, I should have submit a request for it June 5th so that's like ~ 55 days in advance. Who does that?)
