      Marketing, marketing, and more marketing. Other employees were well-meaning if ill-informed.

      Cons

      This company is a FRAUD. The technology and business model is a fraud and the CEO made his wife COO to maintain control of the company and all of the cryptoassets. How they ever got any awards in Seattle is a testament to how little due diligence these organizations do when they receive nominations!
