Pros

I have no pros to share.

Cons

After a month internship ended in 2022, Dragon Rouge have provided false information to HMRC stating I am still employed and have been for the past two years. They have been giving information that I receive a monthly salary when I am not employed by the business. The situation has been dealt with in an unprofessional manner, there has been no urgency to correct their mistake despite it changing my tax code, and I have been left with no choice but to leave this review in hopes my frustration with the Dragon Rouge London team is noticed. It has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, and the situation has still not been resolved 2 years down the line even despite emailing the CEO.

Pros

Global present (with 9 offices located in major cities), well-organized internal database for case studies, well-known in packaging and brand design, well-known in Europe and the US, experience working with big international clients.

Cons

Aim too high but not willing to pay bigger bucks to bring in experienced professionals. Weak HR system and financial operation. They claim to be a "very creative" agency but I didn't see any traces of very creative people whom I worked with so far, let alone a creative culture within the organization. I think also depends on which office you work at, I believe the Paris and NYC office are quite good.
