She creates a toxic work environment and talks about her employees behind their back, then wonders why there's such a high turnover rate. The organization is super disorganized because the CEO refuses to accept feedback from staff. All of the supplies is shipped from overseas and the programs are sold at an overpriced rate to clients. The rate is low and there is no health insurance.
