Cons
They pay you NOTHING compared to what they’re making off the classes they sell. And before you think they have a lot of overhead, NO THEY DON’T. The leadership is absolutely bitter and crazy and will attempt to find fault in you for trivial things. They just like to make their employees feel like trash so they think they can’t get a job anywhere else. It’s so fake and cutesy. Don’t trust anyone except the younger art instructors, who are also getting taken advantage of. The turnover here is SO HIGH because it’s such terrible compensation with high expectations. She’s just a lady trying to make a ton of money off the labor of young artists who think they can’t do any better. Stay away. You can make money elsewhere. Don’t settle for this.
