Pros
DUSA does not offer bonuses but base salary is great from the beginning. Also, there is a yearly salary review which averages 3% increase for everyone across the board.
Cons
Spanish expats get better treatment or growth opportunitites than Americans. When company could not get any work, the laid 90% of American employees while the people from Spain kept getting promoted. Serious ethical concerns when performing work, such as unrealistic schedules and budgets. Also nonpayment of subcontractors and suppliers is common. For this reason, many subcontractors currently refuse to work for DUSA or increase their rates. Senior management is authoritary and borderline disrespectful; specially to American employees.
