      - Good office - no dress-code - lunches - good location near subway-station at the center of Saint-Petersburg - Opportunity to increase your it-skills

      Cons

      - low salary - salary increasy per year is very small and does not depend of how much and how good you done - hr-specialists are very strange: they help company, not emploee - no opportunities to increase you level: engineer cant become team lead - a lot of good developers left company because low salary, and company hired unskilled beginners.

      Sometime decisions of management can be really weird Year-end parties sucks You can't grow to manager unless you are favorite of CEO/COO, but saying about development positions, growth is possible.
