Pros
The very best reasons to work at Dr. Reddy's are the people (non management) who work there. They hire top notch people and this level. The benefits are wonderful and the hours can be very flexible.
Cons
Management! The Site Leadership Team (SLT) believes they are above everyone who works for them. They travel to insignificat meetings across the world and do not report to the "lower levels" what information they garnered during their travels. If you look up the management on Linkedin you will see that they don't have strong resumes, meaning no strength in their field so they rule by being over dominant or yelling.
