Pros
When I arrived at Dr. Panda I was immediately welcomed by everybody at the office. The team is predominately made up of young people and this helps to create an exciting buzz with a 'can do!' attitude.
Can't fault my training, I'd not done the job before but was talked through all of my responsibilities and provided with guidance every step of the way. This was in stark contrast to my previous job, so I really valued this!
The team is a mix of nationalities and everyone gets on with one another. First environment I've worked in where nobody talks badly of other people. No tense or uncomfortable atmosphere. It really is a cool place to get to know other people while at the same time being the best you can be at your job.
Receiving good feedback from my manager is something I value most here at Dr. Panda. Whether on a one to one level or during a company 'stand-up', it's really nice to be recognized for the effort you put in and inspires you to continue working hard at a company that undoubtedly values you.
Every two weeks on a Friday the whole office comes together for happy hour - a time where senior managers provide updates, we celebrate birthdays, demo prototypes and just chat with beers, soft drinks and snacks. Really contributes to a healthy atmosphere at the office.
Cons
Having read some of the other reviews, I felt compelled to contribute my experience at Dr. Panda, because it's nothing but positive. So far, nothing bad to say about my time here.
