Pros

Let's start with the silver lining --Amidst the chaos and drama, I stumbled upon a few diamonds in the rough, aka my coworkers, who made the journey slightly less miserable. Shoutout to those brave souls who managed to survive this corporate battleground with their sanity intact. Oh, and did I mention the product's marketing and sales were on point? Shame the same couldn't be said about the team dynamics.

Cons

Now, onto the juicy stuff - the Cons: Brace yourself for a rollercoaster ride of dysfunctionality. The work culture is akin to navigating a minefield, with management serving as the detonators of chaos. Picture this: management straight out of a nightmare - rude, sexist, and as biased as a one-legged table. If kissing up to the 'upper management' was an Olympic sport, they'd be gold medalists. And don't even get me started on the political circus that runs this joint. You could be the second coming of Einstein, but without the right political connections, you're about as useful as an umbrella in a hurricane. Favoritism is their forte, with promotions seemingly handed out like candy to the chosen few, regardless of merit. Speaking up to HR is as useful as shouting into the void, as they seem to operate on a buddy system rather than a professional code of conduct. Raise a concern, and they'll dismiss it faster than you can say "conflict of interest." Your job contract might as well be a ticket to a joyless ride, sucking away your freedom and energy. And don't even get me started on recognition. You could move mountains and part seas, but the credit? Reserved for some suit lounging in the corner office. Salaries? Might as well be handed out in Monopoly money, based solely on who's kissing the most corporate behind.
FYI Canines over humans: The only beings treated with respect are the office pets. At least someone's getting belly rubs around here. In conclusion, if you're considering a stint here, I've got three words for you: abandon all hope. Unless, of course, you enjoy living in a real-life episode of The Office meets Game of Thrones.

Pros

Flexible, remote, that’s all I can say

Cons

The U.S. company distributing Dozee equipment is CAIT Care. They utilize physicians & nurse practitioners for telehealth assessments. I’m sure they bill Medicare for services but then do not pay the medical professionals. Unethical, poor management. Stay away!
