      - Good pay and benefits - Some great coworkers

      Cons

      - Severe lack of accountability from leadership. - Outdated policies and practices (strict hours, dress code, in-person). - Favoritism and nepotism are common with execs. - Policies released weekly, Applied inconsistently with no flexibility. - Leadership doesn’t look or listen outside their circle. Only giving occasional speeches.

      Good ole boys club. Encourage a toxic work environment. A “do as I say, not as I do” mentality. No accountability. Nepotism and favoritism. Does not encourage continuing education or training.
