PTO/Time off was easy to acquire. Routine schedule. Great co-workers. Decent benefits.

Absolutely no culture of communication with management or the client. Was blindsided multiple times by contradictory standards and instructions. Was routinely instructed to operate countermand to the written post orders. Disciplinary policy was not followed. It is routine to report for work with little or no understanding of what is expected of you or what has changed from day to day. Turnover at my location, including site management, was severe as a result until the contract was eventually eliminated by the client.
