Pros

For the most part, everyone across the company is quite collaborative and helpful.

Cons

They really struggled to create a good remote environment during covid, but it's become a bit better. The constant string of acquisitions, many of them not integrated very well, also leaves the accounting department in a bit of a constant mess. The CEO is a former CFO who knows what he wants and is therefore very demanding on the accounting and finance department (sometimes fairly, sometimes not so much). The CFO can also be quite soulless, will say the right things in public and private, but will churn through people without blinking an eye. Company is private equity owned and that culture of ruthlessness permeates throughout.

Pros

My location runs very well, and the CSR management team is the glue of this location. The pay is decent, but not enough to live in the area on one income. Commute is not bad as the location is right off the highway and surrounded by plenty of other businesses. Closed on all major holidays.

Cons

Each location is run differently under one umbrella, so there are things that are unfair, Like 90% of the company is remote, but at my location, we are unable to work from home. No legit reason has been stated.
