It was difficult at first but over time realized the value of working at a small startup. Had lots of flexibility. Started off in a complementary role and was given the opportunity to expand my role and skills

Sometimes the engineering process can be difficult because ideas that we give take too long to implement. A smarter team to work with would create more learning paths Culture could be more & better

We have lot of opportunities here, if you are capable to take challenge, it is good opportunity.

There is a good team but team work is not up to the mark, chance to improve ourself
