This used to be a great company to work for even though there was very little emphasis in training. The focus seemed to be on continually finding ways pay spend less money. Eventually that included in cutting the pay plan for sales reps.

Reasonable cost health insurance after 90 days.

No vacation, no career support, no upward mobility here. 2 holidays per year. yearly pay cuts - however this seems to be industry wide in car sales. Employees are treated as interchangeable and expendable. Employee satisfaction is not a concern of the owner or the current general manager. (subjective comment) The stated position of management is if you don't like it here you should leave.
