Pros
There are great people who work for Dowbuilt and who have strong values and passion for building amazing homes. Because it is a large company, there is a fair amount of support on the back end. Systems are established for document management, organization and processes.
Cons
I can't recommend working for Dowbuilt in Los Angeles in project management. Leadership is sorely lacking in this region. Passion, hard work and experience are not valued as much as 'optics'. This office does not offer an environment where you can speak up about issues or problems with a project. If you do, you may find yourself removed from a project or cast aside.
