This review is specific to the AMS Group in AZ. Leader is a micromanager who pushes many to leave. Processes that do exist are outdated and not working. Attempts to improve or streamline processes are met with pushback and/or roadblocks. Training for new hires is poor, I saw several new hires leave within their first 90 days. Overall morale is low - most employees have given up trying to improve things, they just come for the paycheck.
