      you do get 40 hrs . per week plus a lot of overtime

      Cons

      been there now 8 yrs. no family time . family comes second .Anthony first. work 10 hrs aday 4 days per week. now sometimes 12 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week. it is not what you know here .it is who you know. buddy system . no life outside of here.

      Some of the staff were friendly

      Fast paced and so fast that they don’t care about staff. Turnover on the floor is very high but in the office, people are just unhappy. Meeting after meeting after meeting to the point that it cuts into being productive. Clear politics at play and old school mentality of operating
