Other employees in the home do not like new people, they will set you up and try to sabotage you to get you fired or transferred. Certain homes there is zero teamwork and the workloads between coworkers are unequal. Supervisors constantly quit and that leaves the homes with no management. The pay is terrible. Lots of No call no shows and mandation. Meaning the employee from last shift, meant to be relieved has to stay when no one comes.
