      Challenging work, great benefits, great facility

      Cons

      Can be sort of cheap, very difficult to move up in the company, & the bonus program is a joke. The company is involved with an organization known as the PMMC which collaborates with other local employers to keep wages down.

      Steady work, Really fun and helpful co-workers as well! Nice PTO refresh every year. Benefits are okay at best

      Cons

      You will be lucky to get any training. Pay is barely worth doing all the bs they make you do. ($20 an hour starting? Not bad but that's the same price as fast food worker now lmao.) Upper management is overpaid and have too high of egos. Sales in particular.
