Pros

Good Products, though an inability to produce and deliver in a timely fashion.

Cons

High degrees of nepotism, especially those that came from a company together from outside the industry. There were those, that got away with sexual harassment, bullying and verbal abuse and still able to maintain their positions. The company will cherry pick orders to ship, from those that are delayed and create unrealistic goals for the members of the sales team.

Pros

Great people, Company is progressing in the right direction, ability to grow from great experience, Management is open to improvements and suggestions

Cons

Smaller and younger company that is just continuing to establish themselves. Other than that, the company is a legitimately great place to work for!

Pros

The starting salary is competitive, and most of the employees are genuinely interested in doing their jobs correctly and making a quality product. The company does have 401K match up to a certain percentage.

Cons

COMMUNICATION is the biggest issue in this company. The company direction changed every day and ultimately the employees and the product suffered. Poor leadership from management; very important decisions were made without doing the proper checks and consulting those with the most experience. HR was a nightmare - you won't have anyone to go to if you have an issue. Morale was pretty low because of these issues. The health insurance was not great either. The gossip mill in this company is very active, so be warned - don't trust anyone with information that you are not comfortable sharing with the entire company.
