      Pros

      Loved the showroom staff and many of the employees. Like the attempts at good company Culture.

      Cons

      Lots of employee turn over. Owner can be difficult to please and not good at communicating what she wants. In the end I felt very under valued, under utilized and then was laid off suddenly.

      Amazing Owner! Fantastic admin team. Nice office and great clients. Good place the grow in the industry.

      Competitive workspace. More organization and defined roles would be a great addition to the work environment
