      Employees are not listened to if there is a conflict with their manager. The manager is always considered to be right.

      Hybrid work environment, good vacation benefits and decent pay,

      Cons

      No upward mobility, countless stakeholders (too many "bosses"), challenging work culture (responsibility without authority). Not a very supportive. You are very much on your own unless you assimilate.
