Pros
Overall, the people are very nice and helpful. Chief Talent Officer and team have done an excellent job fostering culture. Lunches Wednesdays, breakfast Fridays, Friday perks like manicures and massages, benefits paid for certain titles, phone paid for certain titles. Company is in hyper growth mode and the energy in the office is positive. Equity ensures everyone is working towards a common goal. Rooftop views are excellent.
Cons
Currently very busy, though is that really a con? You may have to wear a few hats and jump in here and there, though again, not exactly a con if you're open to learning and growing.
