      The hours are very flexible. The pay is good when there is work. The owner is great to work for.

      Cons

      You have to travel where the work is. This can be as far as 3 hours away. The amount of work varies significantly throughout the year.

      lots of additional money to be made on weekends working parties. very friendly staff to work with on the job.

      Cons

      there is a lot of pressure on a daily basis as you are responsible for the wedding or other type of party .
